Our client is one of the largest US investment banks that mainly provides investment and wealth management services. The department is currently looking for a Trade Support Analyst to handle full life cycle trade support and trade operation for China trade market. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in trade operation or relevant field within banking industry.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known established US investment bank that provides wealth and investment services for more than 400 years of history in over 40 countries. They are currently looking for a Trade Support Analyst to be responsible for full life cycle trade operation, daily monitoring and operation support for China securities market, mandarin speaker is preferred.

Job Description



  • Oversee the trade life cycle and facilitate trade booking within global system for the China Securities business.


  • Conduct trade verification to support various China onshore business units, including Investment Banking Division (IBD), Fixed Income Division (FID), Global Capital Markets (GCM), and Treasury.


  • Reconcile data between onshore and offshore systems, addressing and resolving any discrepancies identified.


  • Collaborate with the onshore team to implement risk controls that meet bank's requirements.


  • Coordinate and participate in system testing for both onshore and offshore dual booking processes.


  • Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting.


  • Conduct due diligence reviews and complete process mapping for various operational procedures.


  • Work closely with the China onshore operations team on regional and global initiatives.


  • Engage in various projects and participate in system testing activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience in trade support and operation within banking industry
  • Knowledge on different financial products (derivatives, structured products, funds)
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
