Job Description

As the Territory Manager, you'll report directly to the regional commercial leader and play a pivotal role in driving sales of our client's cutting-edge cardiac and vascular surgery products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with cardiac and vascular surgeons, as well as hospital partners
  • Developing innovative sales channels to reach new customers
  • Providing comprehensive clinical support to your partners
  • Achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs through strategic product promotion
  • Executing business strategies autonomously, showcasing your entrepreneurial spirit

The Successful Applicant

To thrive in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales of surgical medical devices, particularly in the cardiac and/or vascular surgery domain. Your proven sales track record and extensive network of surgeon contacts will be invaluable assets. You should also be an independent, interpersonally skilled, and highly persuasive sales professional, fluent in both English and Cantonese.
