Job Description

As a Technology Transformation Director, your main responsibilities will include:

- as IT Head to manage all IT Ops, perform local technology roadmap planning and budgeting

- Demonstrate strong leader vibe within the corporate; one of the core members on leadership team table, as strong communicator and presence to facilitate change across business departments (sales and finance in particular), understand business needs, identify legacy workflow and applications to modernize

- Lead a small team to deliver transformation projects, not limit to automation and AI, application delivery, cyber framework and service delivery practices.

- As a Business Partner to communicate and engage with stakeholders across all levels, gain trust and respect through strategic and effective negotiation and prioritization in striving balance across parties and put ideas to the ground.

- As hands-on IT Program Director to perform budget and resources planning, timeline and risk management, governance and control. Work closely with Regional IT team to localize enterprise solutions

- Always take a proactive in initiating, sourcing, and discover new solutions for the business; Drive effective change management activities; push through trainings and smooth adoption of emerging technologies to the business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technology Transformation Director should have:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant disciplines

- 10+ years' experience in large scale IT modernization/ transformation

- Currently at Senior IT Manager or above; prefer to be a hands-on leader who has track record in leading a small team (prefer 2-4 members)

- Best if the person is from all rounded IT Management background; Experience in managing IT Ops, perform budgeting, technology roadmap design and strategy planning

- Strong in Agile Scrum Project Management and large-scale enterprise IT Program/ Portfolio Management

- Upbeat with the latest technology in town; strong understanding in FMCG/ consumer goods business process, workflow and best practice.

- Experience in mindset/ process change and senior stakeholder management. Strong leadership vibe and relationship building skills, a people person while having strong mindset, able to negotiate, influence and make impact across departments

- Well verse with service delivery practice, cyber framework and enterprise application (D365/SAP, CMS, O365, DMS is a plus)

- Background from FMCG/ Consumer Goods/ Manufacturing/ Supply Chain is a plus

- Good command in Chinese and English's.
