Job Description

As a Technology TA professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract top talent in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with the Human Resources team to support workforce planning and talent development.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing regular reports on hiring metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technology TA professional should have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly within the Technology or Engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
