Job Description

* Define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered trading and quotation solutions.
* Translate complex business needs into clear product features and technical requirements.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop AI products, deliver LLM-powered and agentic AI workflows.
* Partner with sales and operations to embed AI into daily workflows.
* Upbeat with emerging and AI technologies and bring innovation to aviation and industrial trading.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor in Data Science, Computer Science or relevance disciplines
* Possess application development background in AI, Data Science/ ML solutions (e.g. LLMs, agentic AI, computer vision).
* 4+ years AI/ digital products development and management
* Track record in successful business use case in adopting AI and automation solution to optimize trading & distribution process e.g. quotation, invoicing etc.
* Aviation, industrial, MRO, or trading & distribution-related industries background is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
* Innovative, proactive, and logical thinker with a structured approach.
