Job Description

  • Stay abreast of market trends, yarn innovations, and advancements in sweater manufacturing technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of technical specifications, development milestones, and production progress.
  • Oversee the technical development of sweaters, ensuring alignment from initial concept to bulk production.
  • Ensure all products meet company standards for quality, fit, and compliance with retail industry regulations.
  • Partner closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to deliver products that meet aesthetic and commercial goals.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to vendors and manufacturing partners to enhance production capabilities and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct proactive risk assessments and troubleshoot challenges throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency, focusing on sweater-specific production processes.

The Successful Applicant
