We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who has deep expertise in insurance core platforms and a proven track record in delivering enterprise‑grade solutions. You will lead technical design, development, and integration activities across complex insurance system landscapes, ensuring scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end system design and development for insurance core platform initiatives.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions across policy administration, billing, claims, and customer modules.
  • Drive technical standards, code quality, and best practices across development teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, operations, and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee system integrations, API design, data migration, and cloud adoption initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor engineering teams, conducting reviews and providing technical leadership.
  • Support production operations and lead resolution of complex system issues.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in insurance systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with life insurance core platforms (policy admin, claims, underwriting, billing, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Java, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Alibaba/Huawei Cloud).
  • Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver large-scale system transformations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with business teams.
  • Good to have Sinosoft core system experience
