Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients;
  • Devise and build an optimal delivery organization including functional experts, solution architects, developers, config/customization experts, QA, and maintenance and support;
  • Devise and deploy a robust roll out process aligned to Oracle cloud ERP - including best practices, standards guidelines, tech and process assets;
  • Responsible for informing solution architects and business leaders on available Oracle Fusion technology capabilities to be used;
  • Responsible for ensuring technical integrity (including non-functional requirements) of solutions adhering to IT standards and policies - including formal review and sign-off in conjunction with solution architects;
  • Own the hire, training and people development for the Oracle Cloud capabilities in Hong Kong or APAC;
  • Responsible for Oracle platform team to deliver roadmap, upgrades, security and support of Oracle Fusion products, extensions and integrations.
  • Own accountability for overall roll out of Oracle cloud applications;

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field;
  • AT LEAST 12+ years of experience work as a Technical Pre-Sales Leader OR Technical Project Implementation OR Project Delivery role for multi-Oracle projects;



Excellent knowledge in at least 2 of the below Oracle products such as
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OR Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions (Big Plus)
- OR Oracle E-Business Suite OR Related technologies

  • Solid track record of growing Oracle business in the Hong Kong/ APAC market;
  • Experience in building an Oracle team for project delivery;
  • Expérience in Oracle Solution lands-cape and blue-print design or implementation;
  • Experience in Oracle system integration projects;



Good to have

  • Excellent market know-how of Oracle market trends locally;
  • Excellent market connections within Oracle space;
  • A deep understanding of the Oracle technologies and their applications;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing an Oracle team;
  • Excellent communication;
  • Fluent Cantonese and English
