Job Description

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to collect, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate workflow processes into clear and structured documentation, including process flows, user journeys, functional specifications, and system integration artefacts.
  • Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to enhance documentation quality, accuracy, and efficiency across project deliverables.
  • Support the creation of large-scale documentation for system enhancements, product changes, and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and aligned with system capabilities.
  • Assist in solution discussions by providing insights on workflow optimization and documentation best practices.
  • Participate in upcoming General Insurance (GI) product initiatives and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
  • Ensure that documentation standards, governance, and review processes are consistently met throughout project cycles.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, System Analysis, or related IT/business roles.
  • Background as a developer earlier in career is preferred, with subsequent transition into system analysis or business analysis.
  • Strong experience producing large-scale, structured, and professional documentation for enterprise-level projects.
  • Hands-on user of AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted documentation, prompting, workflow automation) with proven ability to apply AI to improve productivity and documentation quality.
  • Solid understanding of workflow analysis, process mapping, and requirement-gathering methodologies.
  • Experience from big firms, SI vendors, or financial services (FS) environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
