Job Description

  • Provide timely clerical and secretarial support to the team
  • Manage daily scheduling, arrange local and cross-timezone bookings for the Directors and Managers
  • Edit, format and print related documents, graphics, and presentation materials
  • File and process all documents, forms and claims in a well-organized way
  • Coordinate travel and transportation logistics
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of team support experience in a sizeable organization
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate Chinese and English typing
  • Strong team player, flexible and responsible
  • Excellent interpersonal, prioritization and time management skill
