About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational public relations communications company, with a global office presence and a strong client base in Asia. Due to business expansion across the Region, they are seeking an experienced talent acquisition manager to join their energetic and dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the Hong Kong business head, this newly created Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with business leaders across the firm to implement and manage the full recruitment cycle, for both replacement hires and new headcounts across the expanding business.
You will be responsible for defining and developing talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies, procedures and initiatives. The role is responsible for the hiring of to mid to senior level employees across the office, managing end to end recruiting processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, offer management, on-boarding and integration.
You will partner and maintain close relationships with various department heads to strategize and review the recruitment best practices, in order to effectively attract and retain talent. You will lead and conduct analysis of the market trends within relevant industries in Hong Kong, proactively monitoring feedback from candidates, current employees and other companies in the industry to provide resourceful talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practice. In addition, you will assist in adhoc HR/Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least 5+ years of proven talent acquisition experience (Ideally a combination of in-house & agency). To qualify, having recruitment experience within communications, public relations or marketing industries is a must (PR agency experience would be highly preferred). You must have a strong can-do and hands-on working attitude, with the ability to initiate activities to drive positive change. You must be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and act as an HR advisor to improve the company's talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English is required.
