About Our Client

A prestigious law firm with strong presence in Hong Kong and more than 20 offices globally is looking for an Administrator to join their dynamic and stable Talent Acquisition team.

Job Description

  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain applicant records.
  • Manage recruiting expenses and reimbursements.
  • Support Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Maintain CPD/RME records for attorneys.
  • Assist with in-house training and CPD accreditation applications.
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Development on CLE applications.
  • Process visa applications and extensions for employees and their families.
  • Handle applications with the Hong Kong Law Society (e.g., Trainee Solicitor Registration, Practising Certificates).
  • Prepare documents related to the Hong Kong Law Society and ESSAR Professional Indemnity.
  • Maintain employee leave records and support the employee lifecycle (offer paperwork, onboarding, offboarding).
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Management for new joiner setups.
  • Implement wellness initiatives and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1 year of HR or attorney recruitment experience in a professional or legal environment; fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society regulations and Employment Ordinance is a plus.
