An educational institution is seeking an Assistant Application Manager or Technical Lead specializing in JAVA programming and Oracle RDBMS 19c.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in solution design and architecting activities;
  • Participate in defining the roadmap for enterprise applications;
  • Implement system improvement projects;
  • Provide ongoing support for system operations;
  • Execute project activities, ensuring progress and quality;
  • Design, develop, test, and implement configuration or development programs following Oracle standards (EBS and Database);
  • Participate in Implementing Oracle Fusion upgrade project;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in system solution design and process improvement;
  • Prepare project documentation with quality requirements;
  • Ensure data integrity between the ERP and data integration platforms and the source systems;



The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in JAVA development and Oracle RDBMS 19C, specifically in cross-functional implementations/ development;
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL / SQL development and performance tuning;
  • Knowledge of Java / Rest API / APEX / BI tools or familiarity with emerging IT technologies; (Either one)
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
