Job Description

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
  • Manage inventory levels to balance supply availability with cost efficiency, minimizing excess stock and shortages.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply plans with operational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply disruptions.
  • Support new product launches by integrating supply plans with marketing and sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.
