About Our Client

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain activities within Hong Kong, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely distribution, and continuous improvement of processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain service excellence and cost efficiency.

Job Description

  • Team management
  • Inventory Planning: Monitor and manage stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective transportation solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow enhancements and digital tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and cost optimization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in supply chain management within luxury goods, FMCG or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning and logistics operations.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in English and Cantonese preferred.
