Established Bank with strong presence in Asia, Europe and US

Support the senior team members in the execution of structured commercial real estate lending transactions predominantly in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney.
Transactions include structured non-recourse and corporate real estate transactions for projects, REITs or portfolio financings.
Perform market, technical, operation and financial analysis including preparation of financial model of various real estate finance transactions in Hong Kong China and Australia.
Provide support for different departments in the branch including industry and financial statement analysis to support various transactions.

University graduate is preferable
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a bank, real estate fund or developer.
Passion for real estate with financial modelling and valuation skills.
Knowledge of real estate markets, sponsors, REITs, and financing practices in Hong Kong, China tier 1 cities, and ideally one or more cities in APAC
