Job Description

  • Lead the teams and execution the group business strategy planning, new business model and projects management.
  • Engage in the group's investment management strategy through comprehensive research and market intelligence, including analyzing industry trends, composing business models, simulating profitable strategies, conducting competitive benchmarking, and etc.
  • Formulate and implement asset business plans, aiming at enhancing the value of portfolio assets, including strategies for asset enhancement, positioning, and marketing.
  • Oversee a designated portfolio comprising hotel, retail, and commercial properties. Focus on optimizing asset performance and achieving financial returns in line with objectives.
  • Efficiently cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and guarantee that all commitments and deliverables are consistently fulfilled.
  • Actively engage in and spearhead innovative initiatives to generate value and ensure the long-term sustainability of the group's business.
  • Take the lead or provide efficient support in budgeting exercises, valuations, feasibility studies, and management reporting.
  • Other tasks assigned based on business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • A master's degree in well-known university with major in business management, financial management, strategy or a related field is required.
  • High interest in hotel/luxury industry
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project development which included market research, strategy planning, scenario assessment, deal structuring and execution, partner engagement and PnL modeling.
  • Has a track record of delivery a success business model, enhancing asset performance and financial returns.
  • Experience in big four accounting firms, management consulting firms, investment banks are essential.
  • Proficient in industry research methods and tools, familiar with strategic management theory, analytical frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic asset plans that deliver tangible value.
  • Good financial analysis skills and the ability to independently write industry research reports and strategic management reports.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and proficiency in data analysis, exhibit excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience with data analytical tools such as PowerBI is advantageous.
  • A team player who is creative, resourceful, independent, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
