Our client is a leading luxury fashion house celebrated for its sophisticated femininity, artful prints, and exceptional craftsmanship, is expanding in Hong Kong with an exciting new store opening. They are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead the boutique and deliver an elevated client experience reflective of the brand.

Job Description

As the Store Manager, you will be the ambassador of the brand values and retail excellence. You will lead, develop, and inspire a passionate team, ensure operational efficiency, and drive business growth while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship-level store launch in one of Asia's most dynamic luxury markets.

  • Lead and manage all boutique operations for the successful launch and ongoing performance of the store
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team committed to luxury service excellence
  • Ensure execution of the visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
  • Build strong client relationships and drive CRM initiatives and clienteling strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective business planning and performance management
  • Maintain operational excellence across inventory management, reporting, and store procedures
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative team culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury fashion, ready‑to‑wear preferred
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a premium/luxury retail environment
  • Strong passion for fashion, styling, and delivering a refined client experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
