About Our Client
Our client is a premium contemporary furniture company that provide innovative and quality home products globally. In light of their rapid expansion in APAC market, they are opening their first flagship store in Hong Kong and actively hiring passionate individuals with high calibre to join them as Store Manager.
Reporting to Brand Manager, the candidate will be responsible for day-to-day running of the store, by maintaining highest efficiency of the general store operation. With an aim to maximize profit, you will be required to manage and motivate a team to increase sales and efficiency of work. You will need to analyze sales figures and forecast. You will be required to inspire long-term relationship with customers, by assessing customers' needs, as well as providing sincere and professional recommendations to them. You will also need to respond customer complaints and comments.
The Successful Applicant
- You will need to have at least 6 years of working experience in premium lifestyle product/ furniture area
- You will have strong awareness of market trends in the lifestyle products industry
- You will also need to be an energetic and self-motivated sales team leader, who has been doing well at leading the team and making decision on spot
- With an aim to expand customer base, strong communication and CRM skills will be crucial
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English is an essential attribute.
