Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting a portfolio of building material solutions while developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business growth and sales targets. This role involves leading and motivating a specification team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will actively identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and gather customer insights on positioning, preferences, and competitive products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, project owners, architects, and interior designers will be a key focus, alongside coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification and bring 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, including managerial exposure within a related industry. You possess excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, along with a strong sales-driven mindset, high motivation, and resilience under pressure. You demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively, while also showing adaptability, innovative thinking, sound decision-making, and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
