About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest healthcare company in APAC. With HK as their regional office, they have great presence globally.
With their expanding business, they are currently looking for a Specialist with extensive exposure in payment gateway to join their team, to develop ecommerce administrations and payment related operations.
Job Description
- Handle payment related issues with customers, payment gateway suppliers, merchants, and government officials
- Obtain market requirements and perform research and searching of relevant suppliers
- Review contracts or agreements to ensure they follow compliance regulations
- Work closely with different departments (IT, Marketing, Legal, Finance) for operations and projects
- Perform account management including application, registration, administration and maintenance
- Work closely with CS Team to deal with user enquires and compliance
- Communicate with different payment system performances for smoother set up and account performance
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree or above in any related disciplines
- 3 years' or above relevant experience
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge and working experience in online business management is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Exposure in international payment gateway and e-commerce platform
- Proficiency in English & Chinese
