Our client is a top American Investment/ Private Bank and they are currently looking for a SOW Associate to handle source of wealth SOW corroboration and review, account profile analysis and KYC periodic review for HNW clients. The candidate should have 3-5 years of working experience in SOW narratives and corroboration review and analysis or account profile analysis for HNW/ PB clients within international private banking industry.

About Our Client

Our client is the one of the largest American Investment/ Private banks, headquartered in New York City. They are now looking for a Source of Wealth (SOW) Associate to handle SOW drafting and review, account profile analysis and KYC periodic review for PB/ HNW clients. The private wealth management division provides highly personalized, best in class investment advice, execution services, wealth management and banking solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families across the region.

Job Description

  • Responsible for Source of Wealth (SOW) corroboration and review, account profiles review and analysis for HNW/ PB clients in order to identify gaps in SOW information and corroboration
  • Analyze collected information and perform reasonableness and plausibility checks
  • Provide guidance to Sales team and perform desktop research to assist with benchmark analysis or account profiles updates
  • Ensure name screening have been conducted and all adverse findings are cleared, documented and escalated appropriately
  • Ensure relevant SOW/SOF data and supporting documentation are properly updated and retained

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Banking related discipline
  • 3-5 years of working experience in in SOW narratives and corroboration review and analysis or account profile analysis for HNW/ PB clients with international private banking industry
  • Strong knowledge/ experience in Compliance/ AML/ Client Onboarding
  • Strong research capability, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Highly fluent in English and Chinese
