Job Description

  • Oversee the full supply chain cycle, from supplier sourcing and development to production planning, logistics, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies across key manufacturing regions, with a focus on emerging markets in Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with product development, quality assurance, and commercial goals.
  • Monitor supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies, including compliance, sustainability, and geopolitical considerations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in inventory management, demand planning, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Support quality initiatives in new sourcing regions to ensure product standards and regulatory compliance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in sourcing and supplier development.
  • Proven track record in managing supply chain operations across Asia, especially in developing manufacturing hubs.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with travel to sourcing regions as needed.
