The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of goods, materials, and services for a renowned Leading Sportswear Company. The successful candidate will ensure all procurement activities align with the company's objectives, delivering excellent service and quality while optimising costs, with strong sourcing experiences in apparel.

Job Description

  • Managing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and service.
  • Ensuring consistent supply of goods and materials.
  • Conducting market research to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Managing supplier relationships and contracts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Identifying and mitigating procurement risks.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 8 -10 years of sourcing experiences in leading sportswear or apparel background, preferable in buying office.
  • Proficient knowledge of procurement procedures and systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Frequent travel to offshore countries (e.g. Sri Lanka, Bangladesh) required
