We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect/Solution Architect professional to join their Digital team urgently.

Job Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of CX solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Key CX platform technology
  • Collaborate with key business and digital stakeholders to define solution architecture, including system components, integration points, and data flows
  • Provide technical and architectural leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed
  • Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, technical specifications, and design patterns
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging CX technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
  • Drive the adoption of innovative solutions and technologies to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8-10 years of utilities industry or IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on CX technologies and solutions
  • Strong knowledge of CX platforms, CRM systems, and customer engagement tools
  • Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
