Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the Group's software and solutions architect, guiding the design, integration, and evolution of all core IT systems including websites, POS, e-commerce platforms, internal communications, networks, infrastructure, and CRM to ensure cohesive, scalable, and business-aligned technology operations;
  • Lead IT staff and operations across Hong Kong and South East Asia on Group IT solutions delivery;
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute strategic tech and business initiatives;
  • Be actively involved in shaping enterprise architecture to align business goals with data, workflows, security, and infrastructure;
  • Vendor management;

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/ related discipline;
  • AT LEAST 8 Years of professional experience work as a Technical Software Development Manager within Retail/ FMCG/ Beauty domain etc;
  • Extensive leadership experience managing Web applications, systems, networks, and IT infrastructure at an organizational level;
  • Hands-on experience with C#.NET programming;
  • Hands-on experience system administration and configuration for vSphere and Linux environments.
  • Solutions-driven, with strong project management skills;
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.
