Job Description

As an Shared Service & Travel Policy Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing payroll for employees across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Overseeing travel and expense processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll and T&E operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on payroll and expense matters.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Preparing reports and analysis related to payroll and expenses for senior management.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll systems, policies, and regional requirements.
