The company is launching strategic transformation initiatives across the business in which next generation technologies will play a pivotal role. We are looking for a passionate IT professional to join the Cloud Program and Infrastructure Transformation within the Group IT team.
Job Description
▪ Lead the ITIL Management Process covering the below areas:
- Drive incident and problem investigation and follow up on resolution, including defect creation and preventive measures
- Change Management and CMDB governance to ensure the integrity of records and processes
- Act as Knowledge Management ambassador for the wider KM Team in within IT, ensuring that all KM stakeholders are updated on their Knowledge Management documents deliverables/progress
▪ Oversee and manage the IT Assets Management Process including the life cycle of the assets
▪ Lead daily IT operation activities in assigned domain area(s) and/or lead small-to-medium sized projects from ideation to completion, ensuring best practices are applied and compliance standards are met
▪ Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery and technical support activities
▪ Handle & solve user queries to provide IT support services in a timely and effective way
▪ Triage and escalate IT related issues where applicable to drive the fast and successful resolution and meet business needs
▪ Ensure IT Service Desk & Operation service meeting agreed SLA to provide strong support to the business and IT as a whole
The Successful Applicant
▪ A renowned University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Master's degree in a related field is desirable.
▪ 10 years of experience in providing IT services, in which as least 3-5 years leading IT Service Management for enterprise
▪ Extensive experience in project and vendor management experience
▪ Professional credentials in ITIL (CMDB being critical), PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, relevant cloud certifications or relevant disciplines preferred
▪ Proven track record of strategic planning, problem solving and analytical abilities and able to use own initiative
▪ Strong communication and vendor management skills, as well as leadership skills.
