Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair sterilization and medical equipment
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
  • Liaise with internal teams and manufacturers for parts and technical support



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of field service experience, ideally in medical or industrial equipment
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
