Job Description

As an experienced FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed financial reports and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
  • Analyzing market trends and company performance for actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure budget alignment and financial goals.
  • Overseeing variance analysis and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Developing robust financial models to support new initiatives and investments.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
  • Leading the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members in the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experiences with solid understanding of the retail/FMCG industry and its financial dynamics.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
