About Our Client

Our client is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to become an integral part of our Regional FP&A team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and analysis support for our operations across APAC Regions. Your insights will help shape key business strategies and inform senior management through detailed financial presentations.

Job Description

  • Provide strategic analysis and insights to drive business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to review monthly performance, focusing on financial outcomes, business efficiency, and KPI assessments.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management and stakeholders to support strategic planning.
  • Regularly analyze operational expense spending and offer insights for optimization.
  • Develop, manage, and update the company's budget and financial forecasts.
  • Assess existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization, emphasizing efficiency and control.
  • Consolidate financial results, perform trend and variance analysis, and communicate insights and recommendations to multiple business partners.
  • Conduct business evaluations, including sensitivity and scenario analysis, to identify opportunities for enhanced profitability and cost-saving measures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a recognised accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Experience in the Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
