Job Description

As a (Senior) Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes and reconciling financial discrepancies.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
  • Own monthly management reporting, P&L analysis, and performance tracking
  • Act as a finance business partner to commercial, marketing, and operations teams
  • Support pricing, promotion, and investment decisions with robust financial analysis
  • Drive ROI analysis and cost optimization initiatives
  • Leading and mentoring the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Senior) Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • Professional qualifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
  • 10 + years of finance experience, with strong focus on FP&A
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
