Our client is a MNC retail company and has a strong reputation within their industry. They are one of the leading business. They are currently looking for a Senior/Finance Manager to support their growing business in Asia.

Job Description

The Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within the organization. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and optimize profitability.

Key responsibilities include managing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, implementing internal controls, coordinating audit processes, and providing financial insights to senior management. The Finance Manager will also oversee cash flow management, cost control initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,or related field; CPA preferred
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in financial management within the Retail/FMCG sectors
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, financial planning, and budgeting processes
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, tax laws, and internal controls
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
