Job Description

  • Oversee full spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, and compliance.
  • Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including M&A, system implementation, and business expansion.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and FP&A.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
