You will play a critical role in designing and enhancing our agency platform and applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience for agents and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong UX focus, along with sensitivity to numbers, logic, and data-driven design decisions.

Job Description

  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize the experience for agents and internal users.
  • Utilize analytics, numerical insights, and logic-based thinking to refine and improve UX decisions.
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to align design solutions with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure a clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interface while maintaining consistency with the company's design system and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user adoption and efficiency.
  • Design for multi-step processes, ensuring seamless navigation and reducing friction in agent workflows.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in financial services, insurance, or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong UX research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, numbers, and logic-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries.
  • Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not
