Job Description

As a Senior Treasury Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash flow management.
  • Overseeing daily cash and liquidity management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Managing foreign exchange, interest rate, and other financial risks effectively.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Preparing accurate cash flow forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
  • Evaluating and recommending investment opportunities to maximize returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Leading and mentoring a team within the treasury function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Treasury Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications being an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in treasury management, preferably within a sizable company/conglomerate
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to optimize financial operations.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and treasury tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating financial risks.
