Job Description

  • Managing all aspects of corporate tax compliance, reviewing tax provisions at the Group level and reporting
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimise financial performance
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations
  • Overseeing tax audits and resolving any tax-related issues
  • Providing tax advisory support for business decisions and transactions
  • Keeping updated on changes in tax legislation and assessing their impact
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on tax matters
  • Preparing detailed tax reports and presenting findings to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of total working experience (including both big 4 tax and in house experience)
  • Candidates with Big 4 tax experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations
  • Proven expertise in tax compliance, planning, and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax systems
  • Language capability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Open to candidates who may be at a Director level currently or in the past and is seeking for a stable platform
