About Our Client

An international group with a strong global presence is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join the regional HR team. This is a high-visibility recruitment role responsible for delivering full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple markets in a fast-moving and professional environment.

Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment (from job brief to offer & onboarding) for professional, technical, managerial and specialist positions across markets
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and regional HRBPs to understand role requirements, define success profiles, set realistic timelines and manage expectations
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, headhunting, university relations, agencies, niche channels etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth screening, competency-based interviews, assessment coordination and reference checks
  • Manage external recruitment partners - negotiate fees, monitor performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Drive candidate experience at every touchpoint - timely communication, feedback, offer management and smooth onboarding handover
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS, prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and KPI reports
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, new sourcing channels and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
  • Support employer branding activities, campus recruitment and talent pipelining when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experiences with solid in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Proven full-cycle recruitment track record preferably gained in sizeable / multinational organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to build trust quickly with senior hiring managers and regional colleagues
  • Proactive, self-driven and fast learner with a positive "can-do" attitude; regional recruitment experience is not required
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously under time pressure
  • Excellent written and spoken English; good Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
