About Our Client

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager with expertise in demand planning, logistics, warehouse management, and customer service to lead the supply chain operations in the medical device industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure the seamless flow of products from manufacturing to customer delivery.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute demand planning strategies to forecast customer demand accurately.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, distribution, and inventory management.
  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and handling of medical devices.
  • Manage customer service operations to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the medical device sector.
  • Proven expertise in demand planning, logistics, warehouse management, and customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
