We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Sourcing Manager - Electrical to oversee the full sourcing lifecycle across small domestic appliances, personal care electronics, consumer gadgets, and general home electrical items. You will partner closely with HQ Buying teams and Asia-based suppliers to deliver commercially competitive, compliant, and innovative product ranges.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical products across key markets
  • Manage supplier selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and long-term capability building
  • Collaborate with EU Buying & Technical teams on range development, costing, and critical path management
  • Negotiate cost, terms, and capacity to meet commercial and margin targets
  • Ensure supplier compliance with ethical, environmental, and technical standards
  • Monitor market trends, competitive pricing, and emerging technologies to drive category innovation
  • Lead factory visits, capability assessments, and continuous improvement programmes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 10+ years of sourcing experience within electrical appliances or consumer electronics
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and Asia supplier landscapes
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build trusted supplier partnerships
  • Solid understanding of product safety, testing protocols, and compliance standards for electrical goods
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Ability to travel across Asia for supplier and factory engagements
