About Our Client
Our client is a famous eCommerce firm. They are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to perform system design and development on E-commerce platform with focus on backend using PHP, MySQL, Git. The candidate will be exposure to AWS Cloud and DevOps environment.
Job Description
- Perform system design and analysis
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, maintain system stability and fix bug
- Core on B2C E-commerce platform back-end development on AWS Cloud using PHP, MySQL, Git
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Peform system integrations
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Understand the business domain deeply and work closely with business stakeholders and users on enhancement
The Successful Applicant
- University graduate in any related areas, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management related disciplines
- 3+ year of relative working experience in web application development
- Hands on with PHP
- Experience in MySQL/ PostgreSQL database
- Experience in using any cloud services e.g. AWS & Ubuntu will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable with E-commerce/ E-purchase is a plus
- Positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, systematic and organised
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
