Our client, a global healthcare leader who is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist/ Representative to deliver expert technical support to healthcare professionals. The position combines sales engagement, clinical assistance, and educational responsibilities across Hong Kong and Macau.

Job Description

  • Promote the company's medical product portfolio across various channels within the assigned territory.
    Build strong relationships with physicians, specialists, pharmacies, and distributors to expand product reach.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance during device implantation and follow-up procedures.
    Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and after-sales support to ensure optimal device performance and patient outcomes.
  • Deliver product training sessions for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
    Conduct in-service programs for existing customers to reinforce product knowledge and usage best practices.
  • Support related projects and tasks as directed by the supervisor, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related discipline.
  • Background in medical devices or technical support preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and device functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
