About Our Client

Our client is a highly reputable premium global beverage brand with a strong international presence. They are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive to join their growing Asia team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional to drive business growth across key off-trade channels and contribute to the expansion of a renowned multinational brand.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with key off-trade accounts including department stores, grocery retail chains, and e-commerce platforms
  • Drive sales performance and achieve business targets across assigned channels
  • Execute annual promotional plans and manage trade spending effectively
  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable trading terms and shelf placements
  • Analyze sales performance, monitor ROI on promotions, and track key business KPIs including gross margin and inventory turnover
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, distributors, and importers to support overall market expansion initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with 4-5 years of relevant experience in off-trade sales or key account management within the beverage or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of key account management and retail operations
  • Proficient in Excel with experience in sales analysis and reporting
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • WSET Level 2 qualification is preferred
