Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in the transport & distribution industry.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise in sales, preferably within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning.
  • A strong understanding of the transport & distribution sector.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Manager
