Job Description

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the transport and distribution sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the market.
  • Analysing market trends to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in sales and business development within the transport and distribution industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.

  • Excellence communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Occasional business travel in APAC region is required
