Job Description

The Sales Engineer will conduct quotation, tendering, and order management for electrical distribution products, substation automation solutions, and smart grid solutions. They will drive customer satisfaction through sales activities, support value proposition development, define technical offer specifications, and influence project stakeholders. Additionally, they will input and update sales opportunities in the system platform, provide technical support to system integrators and end users, and meet or exceed sales KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline, with at least 5 years of sales experience in the engineering field. A proven track record of account development and management is essential. Candidates with technical knowledge and experience in medium voltage switchgears and substation automation are preferred. Strong customer-focus, proactive attitude, excellent presentation and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required.
