Job Description

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and maximizing new business opportunities in the Hong Kong market. You will proactively identify sales leads, conduct cold calls, build a strong network of industry contacts, and maintain long‑term customer relationships to ensure exceptional service satisfaction. The role includes preparing sales proposals, managing tender submissions, and consistently achieving quality standards, sales targets, and overall business goals. You will play a key part in representing the company's solutions and capabilities while driving sustainable commercial growth.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field, and brings around eight years of sales experience. Experience within the access solutions, door hardware, or engineering industries is a strong advantage. You are self‑motivated, hardworking, and possess a positive mindset with strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential for success in this client‑facing role.
