Job Description

As a Senior Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Corporate clients includes FSI, Government, corporate and more
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to drive performance.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Director should have:

  • A strong background in sales within the technology industry, ideally within the ITSM, ITOM, APM solution space
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • A client-focused mindset with a track record of building long-term relationships.
  • Apolitical skills to assess market trends and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
