About Our Client

Our client is a top consultancy and they are seeking for a new Senior Retail Portfolio Manager to drive the business further

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic leasing plans, ensuring actionable strategies for venue hire, trade-mix, and tenant acquisition
  • Manage relationships with high-quality retail tenants, fostering positive business relationships and driving quality tenant offerings
  • Lead the leasing team in handling leasing matters and developing a strong relationship management mindset
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts, ensuring excellent customer service standards
  • Identify and maximize revenue potential through premises optimisation, including alteration and additions works and tenant mix revamp
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management and Operations departments to achieve excellent lifestyle offerings and customer service
  • Drive revenue growth, implement credit control initiatives, and achieve revenue targets for the leasing portfolio



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Asset Management, or relevant disciplines
  • 10+ years' experience in shopping mall/retail properties leasing and marketing, with 5 years at a supervisory level
  • Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the retail market in Hong Kong
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong team leadership abilities, creativity, and independence
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
