About Our Client
Our client is a local based sizeable Technology Corporation with exciting expansion plans. To cope with their growing business, they are looking for an experienced, hands-on and resourceful Senior Recruitment Manager to join the team.
The Senior Recruitment Manager will act as the key focal point for line business and HR Business Partners for recruiting activities critical to the company's strategy. He/She will consult with Line Managers and work closely with Business Partners on all aspects of hiring from recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations and presenting/negotiating offers. This position will be primarily responsible for handling recruiting for technology/bio-medical science roles. You will also be an important interface with the HR Partners and business leaders on Workforce planning and headcount tracking. This role will also be responsible for overseeing the effective utilisation of the applicant tracking system, compiling and analysing metrics associated with the recruiting process in order to make strategic and tactical decisions.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered, you should have a proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience. Hands-on, practical and solid recruitment experience. A good team player with strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruiting new technology-related technical positions and/or bio-medical/life science positions.
